Starkville Drops Region Match at Oxford

OXFORD - The Starkville giels soccer team dropped a tough region decision at Oxford on Tuesday with a 3-0 setback to the Chargers.
The Chargers posted the first goal of the night right before the halftime break before adding a a pair of goals in the second half.
The Lady Jackets return to action on Thursday, hosting Murrah at Yellow Jacket Stadium. The match is set for 5:30 p.m. SHS will honor its senior class following the match.
The six-member senior class includes Olivia Anderson, Rose Dodds, Martina Hoffmann, Savannah Palmer, Madison Scott, Anslee Taylor.
