Brown Leads Lady Jackets at Biggersville Classic
Zariah Browns leads Four SHS Players in double figures.

BIGGERSVILLE – Last season, one of Starkville's five losses came at the hands of Tishomingo County. The Lady Jackets had this rematch circled and made a statement with a 69-63 win over THS in the Biggersville Classic on Saturday.
After routing Columbus, 66-29, on Thursday, SHS capped off the three-game week with the win in a neutral setting.
Four Lady Jackets tallied double figures in the scoring column, led by junior Zariah Brown's 26 points. Senior Jada Gay added 17 points, while junior Logan Warren posted 14 points.
Senior Jada Brown reached double digit points with 10 in the contest.
SHS improved to 5-0 on the season and will take its unblemished record to rival Tupelo on Thursday. Tip off is set for 6 p.m. at THS.
