Jackets' Second Half Rally Falls Short

STARKVILLE - Starkville put together a second-half rally against Madison Central, but the Jauguars pair of first half goals was too much for the Jackets in a 3-1 loss at Yellow Jacket Stadium.
After trialing 3-0 in the second half, SHS put together a rally with a goal with just over six minutes left to go in the cotest and had other chances to get another goal before the final buzzer.
The Yellow Jackets will travel to Oxford on Tuesday night before returning home on Thursday to face Murrah. The program will honor its senior class prior to the start of the match.
